They also provide trading services through their proprietary platform, as well as through the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform.
The Challenges
After its merger and acquisition, ETX Capital struggled with brand confusion, negative brand perception, cultural differences and misalignment with its new strategic shift.
This led the company to bring us in and help them deliver a new rebrand and resolve these issues.
Our Approach
We were tasked with leading a comprehensive rebranding programme for our client, which involved managing over 10 projects and introducing new products.
Our team was responsible for developing a new website, creating iOS and Android apps, executing office rebranding, and implementing various operational changes.
The Results
Through our efforts, we were able to successfully merge the two brands and establish a new brand identity that was perfectly aligned with our client’s objectives.
